Please join our Sangha (community) as we practice living in awareness. We’ll enjoy sitting meditation and total relaxation, walking meditation, deep listening and mindful speech. All are welcome, especially those new to meditation and mindfulness. There is no fee; the practice of Dana (generosity) is appreciated.
