Spiritual Companioning, also known as Spiritual Direction, is the practice of being with another as they work to deepen their relationship with the Divine. Trained in listening, mindfulness practices, and other modalities, an experienced spiritual companion can help you reflect on how the Divine is present in your life and how you are being called into deeper understandings of yourself and others. You might focus on discernment, spiritual practice, methods of prayer and meditation, and literary and sacred texts that might inspire new pathways. Spiritual Companioning, where Seeker, Companion, and the Divine come together in sacred conversation.
