Accommodations & Amenities

Wisdom House hosts meetings, conferences, and retreats for a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations and groups that support and foster growth in spirituality, education, the arts, and ecology. We welcome over 500 groups annually, many returning year after year. We can accommodate groups from 10 to 150, including meals and overnight lodging. Private day or overnight retreats are also available.

MAIN BUILDING

The main building can hold up to 122 guests. Beyond the guest rooms, visitors can relax in the cloisters, reading nooks, and sun porches. Guests can choose a single room or may share with up to three people. We offer both ensuite (attached) and hall bath options. Rooms in the Main Building have air conditioning.

FARMHOUSE

Our Farmhouse dates back to 1770 and has 13 shared and single bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 16 people. This building has several meeting spaces that can be set up according to your specifications, including a sunroom, a cozy living room with working fireplace and porch. The Farmhouse does not have air conditioning.

Spruce brook Barn

The barn was built in 1925 and holds an airy meeting room as an additional space for groups to use. There are no guest rooms in the barn. Next to the barn is our in-ground swimming pool, which typically opens after Memorial Day. Guests are invited to use the pool during their stay.
