We connect seniors with local organizations and companies in their community. The Aging Well Health Fair is professionally branded and heavily advertised. It features free admission for attendees, giveaways, useful information from a variety of experts, and free health screenings. Plus, complimentary refreshments for attendees​​ and exhibitors, including lunch made in-house.

Be a Sponsor

Increase your marketing visibility and brand recognition at the Aging Well Health Fair by becoming a sponsor. Proceeds benefit Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center in making its restroom facilities more accessible to differently abled individuals. This annual event attracts approximately 150-300 attendees by providing resources, information, life-long learning pursuits, leisure activities, and free health screenings. Attendees are older adults, baby boomers, caregivers, families, persons with disabilities and professionals. A wide array of opportunities to sponsor are available.

A list of standard sponsorships is provided below, although sponsorships are frequently personalized to meet the marketing objectives of each business.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Presenting Sponsor – $2500
Prominent logo placement on all marketing materials, premium exhibitor space, and recognition in press and social media.

Gold Sponsor – $1000
Logo placement on promotional materials, exhibitor table, and event recognition.

Silver Sponsor –$500
Logo inclusion on signage and printed materials.

Community Sponsor – $250
Name listing in program and event signage.
