Everyone knows mindfulness is a good thing, but how do we make it part of our daily routine? This introductory session offers practical methods to integrate mindfulness into your daily living. Learn how to make mindfulness part of your life and give yourself the gift of stopping, resting, and healing without changing your routine. This workshop brings mindful awareness techniques to walking, sitting, standing, driving, and eating, plus a 30-second technique for increasing our capacity for happiness every day.
