Talking with Family about Dying and Death

How do we have conversations with our family members about their end-of-life wishes before there is an emergency? These conversations go better when everyone can reflect together thoughtfully before an emergency happens. Having everyone on board and the plans in place to honor the wishes of your loved ones enables everyone to be at peace. This program will provide tools and practice in having those discussions with the people you love.
