Zoom: Spiritual Ancestry - Our Biblical Ancestors & You

  • Wisdom House Retreat & Conference Center 229 East Litchfield Road Litchfield, CT, 06759 United States (map)

Presented by Br. Mark D’Alessio

Three Tuesdays: April 6, 13 & 20 from 7:00pm to 8:30pm • Online via Zoom

The Bible is a library of stories of our spiritual ancestors.  They are our spiritual DNA. Join us for a three week series in which we will explore what these encounters with sacred family members and strangers can tell us about ourselves and the wonder and challenge of being alive.

This online series will offer prayerful insight to open your heart to how personal encounters with people from different cultures, religions, genders, and economic and social classes can teach us about our own spiritual values, faith, and relationship with the Mystery of God.

In this series, you will explore your own spiritual autobiography in dialogue with our biblical ancestors — diverse women and men including Moses, Hagar, the Magi, the Syrophoenician woman, and Mary Magdalene. We have much in common. Join us to understand how their lives, and our lives, matter.

Cost $60 for Online Series | Zoom access information will be emailed to you prior to the event.
