Join us in creating a new relationship with food and your body. We will delve into how tastes, seasons, and time of day relate to body weight. We learn to love the skin we’re in by using the tools of mindful eating, emotion-focused coping, and elimination of self-destructive habits. Following the class, we will stay in touch to speak, discuss, and encourage one another as we continue on this weight loss journey.
