Sister Soul Retreat

A Weekend of Self-Care and Connection to Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox

Presented by Kristen Famiglietti & Grace Magnusson

Join Grace and Kristen for a weekend of yoga, meditation, sound healing and massage - the perfect way to ground and center as the Summer comes to an end. This weekend retreat will take place in the Farmhouse, a cozy setting to relax and unwind.

Enjoy morning yoga classes on Saturday and Sunday, along with a guided hike, sound healing relaxation sessions and opportunities for massage and one-on-one healing. Connect with your inner intentions and leave with a network of support!

Bring comfortable clothes for yoga and hiking, a yoga mat and any relaxation props (pillows, eye mask) that you may want. Some mats and props will be provided. The pool may be open, weather permitting, so bring your suit!

Shared room with hall bath: $215 | Shared room with private bath: $230 | Private room with hall bath: $255 | Private room with private bath: $285 | Commuter: $65/day

Grace Magnusson has been working on her personal yoga practice for over eight years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in November of 2016 and is currently working towards her 500-hour certification. Grace incorporates breath, meditation, sound healing and live music into her yoga sessions and shares her passion for yoga and healthy living across Litchfield County. She is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and personal home-chef with a focus on local food and plant based recipes.

Kristen attended Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and quickly went on to acquire CT state license in massage therapy. She has experience in Swedish massage, relaxation techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage and a wide variety of energy work.  She offers clients nurturing touch, authentic presence and pure intention to engage the whole person into deeper levels of relaxation and healing. Part of her gift is to connect with her clients on a deeper level, and energetically connect with them, helping them understand that we are all connected, and they can facilitate in their own innate healing ability.
