Zentangle was invented by a monk named Rick Roberts and an artist named Maria Thomas. With Zentangle they created a combination of meditation and art.

Learn easy-to-do techniques and practices to cultivate well-being in your life. We are meant to experience overall well-being, the body-mind-spirit state of feeling balanced, peaceful, satisfied, connected to the meaning and purpose of our lives.
Please come and practice in a community dedicated to inner and outer peace and transformation. Practice sitting and walking meditation, mindful speech and deep listening. Enjoy a mindful picnic lunch in silence listen to a teaching and end the day with a deep relaxation and body scan meditation.
