  • Wisdom House Retreat & Conference Center 229 East Litchfield Road Litchfield, CT, 06759 United States (map)

Saturday, April 24 from 12:00pm-2:30pm

Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm | Relaxation 1:00pm-2:30pm

Spend the afternoon in pure sound healing bliss. Join Grace Magnusson and Kristen Famiglietti as they create a calm space for relaxation with the vibrations of gong and crystal singing bowls. Bring your yoga mat or other relaxation props and become comfortable as you let the body and mind go. Grace will lead a guided breath practice and meditation to carry you deeper towards inner and outer peace.

The focus of this session will be forging new energetic connections to yourself and the world around you. Sound Healing promotes new neurological pathways to develop in the brain and Grace and Kristen will lead you through a meditation to promote healing on a cellular level. Reconnect body, mind and spirit to create internal alignment and leave seeing the alignment in life.

Lunch will be served prior to the relaxation session! Build excitement for Kristen and Grace’s May 2021 Overnight Retreat
