This program will focus on being mindful of God's presence in our lives and how we can notice God being mindful of us. This connected relationship allows for each moment of the day to be chance of encounter and closeness with the divine. During the session, mindfulness practices and Scripture will be used for contemplative prayer.

Eric Frenette is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Connecticut.  He attended the University of Connecticut, receiving a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in School Counseling.  Eric worked as a school counselor for six years before transitioning to administration at a Catholic elementary school, St. Joseph School in Bristol.  While there, he has continued to see clients as a counselor on a part-time basis.  Eric started his counseling career focusing on bereavement counseling but has since broadened his scope to include all areas of clients' needs.  He is currently interested in the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and studies on Purpose Mindset to help clients.
