Presented by Barbara Putnam
The morning session will be a lecture and discussion of what yoga philosophy has in common with organic gardening, and a description of how a yoga practice can prepare us for the physical challenges of gardening. After lunch, we will get a detailed description of a yoga practice designed to enhance our physical ability in the garden and spend time practicing the asanas. Questions and reflections from the students are welcome and encouraged.
COST | $75, lunch included
